Capturer la transformation d\u2019une tour de bureaux : La Tour Emblem La D\u00e9fense<\/b><\/h3><\/h1><\/span>

En tant que photographe professionnel sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la photo d’entreprise, j’ai eu le privil\u00e8ge de r\u00e9aliser les visuels de la tour Emblem, un projet embl\u00e9matique situ\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de La D\u00e9fense. Cette tour, anciennement connue sous le nom de Tour C\u00e8dre, a r\u00e9cemment fait peau neuve gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9novation ambitieuse men\u00e9e par Petit (Vinci Construction France) pour le compte de RedTree Capital et Invesco.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>

Un Projet de Transformation Architecturale<\/b><\/h4><\/h2><\/span>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Premi\u00e8re du Faubourg de l\u2019Arche, la tour, inaugur\u00e9e en 1998, a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement restructur\u00e9e apr\u00e8s 24 mois de travaux. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de moderniser ce b\u00e2timent de 29 \u00e9tages et 29 000 m\u00b2. L\u2019intervention la plus spectaculaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 le remplacement de la fa\u00e7ade en granite marron par une peau blanche, compos\u00e9e de 1 455 panneaux de B\u00e9ton Fibr\u00e9 \u00e0 Ultra Haute Performance (BFUHP). Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9, non seulement innovant d’un point de vue technique, a aussi donn\u00e9 une dimension esth\u00e9tique moderne et \u00e9pur\u00e9e \u00e0 la tour.<\/p>\n

Mon r\u00f4le en tant que photographe a \u00e9t\u00e9 de capturer cette transformation impressionnante en mettant en valeur la luminosit\u00e9 et les lignes architecturales du nouveau design.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Outre cette fa\u00e7ade spectaculaire, j’ai surtout document\u00e9 le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur comme le hall d\u2019accueil, agrandi avec des baies vitr\u00e9es en double hauteur qui inondent l\u2019espace de lumi\u00e8re naturelle. La transparence et la luminosit\u00e9 de ces nouvelles baies \u00e9taient essentielles \u00e0 capturer, refl\u00e9tant la modernit\u00e9 et l\u2019accueil chaleureux du lieu.<\/p>\n

Le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des bureaux a, lui aussi, constitu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 du projet. Les espaces de travail, enti\u00e8rement modernis\u00e9s, offrent d\u00e9sormais une circulation fluide et optimis\u00e9e, favorisant la collaboration tout en assurant un confort visuel et ergonomique pour les occupants. Mon travail photographique s’est concentr\u00e9 sur la mise en avant de ces espaces de bureaux contemporains, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re naturelle et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux. Chaque clich\u00e9 devait rendre justice \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre design, fonctionnalit\u00e9 et bien-\u00eatre des utilisateurs.<\/p>\n

Cerise sur le gateau, au sommet de la tour, le rooftop totalement r\u00e9habilit\u00e9. Avec la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une surdalle pour supporter les surcharges d\u2019exploitation, cet espace offre d\u00e9sormais une vue imprenable sur Paris. J’ai cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 immortaliser l’ambiance unique de cet espace, \u00e0 la fois lieu de d\u00e9tente et de connexion avec le panorama urbain.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Travailler sur un projet d’une telle envergure, dans un environnement aussi technique, demande non seulement une expertise en photographie architecturale, mais aussi une attention particuli\u00e8re aux d\u00e9tails et aux contraintes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Mon exp\u00e9rience de photographe de terrain m\u2019a permis de m\u2019adapter aux conditions parfois complexes du chantier, tout en saisissant la beaut\u00e9 de cette transformation.<\/p>\n<\/div>
