En tant que photographe professionnel sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la photographie d’entreprise<\/a>, j’ai eu le plaisir de r\u00e9aliser un reportage photo pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Zenchef <\/a>et le restaurant L’Ordonnance, situ\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de Lisieux<\/a>. Cet \u00e9tablissement unique, d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux amateurs de fromage et de charcuterie, se distingue \u00e9galement par son r\u00f4le de cave et fromagerie. Une v\u00e9ritable caverne d’Ali Baba pour les \u00e9picuriens !<\/span><\/p>\n

Derri\u00e8re mon objectif, ce genre de mission est toujours un d\u00e9lice \u2013 litt\u00e9ralement et visuellement. Immortaliser de belles assiettes g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses, des plateaux de fromages soigneusement affin\u00e9s et des charcuteries finement tranch\u00e9es, c’est l’occasion d’allier mon amour pour la photographie et ma passion pour la bonne ch\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le restaurant L\u2019Ordonnance a su cr\u00e9er une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale, o\u00f9 chaque d\u00e9tail, de la pr\u00e9sentation des plats \u00e0 la d\u00e9coration, raconte une histoire. Mon reportage avait pour objectif de retranscrire cette identit\u00e9 visuelle, tout en mettant en lumi\u00e8re le savoir-faire des artisans qui collaborent avec l’\u00e9tablissement.<\/span><\/p>\n

En tant qu’\u00e9picurien, photographier de tels lieux est toujours une exp\u00e9rience inspirante. Chaque clich\u00e9 devient une invitation \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation, chaque image raconte l\u2019amour des produits bien faits. Ce reportage illustre non seulement l\u2019importance de mettre en valeur son identit\u00e9 culinaire, mais aussi celle de transmettre, \u00e0 travers une image, la passion d\u2019une \u00e9quipe et la richesse d\u2019un terroir.<\/span><\/p>\n

Que vous soyez restaurateur, artisan ou g\u00e9rant d\u2019une entreprise dans l’univers de la gastronomie, n’h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 me contacter pour capturer et sublimer vos cr\u00e9ations.
