Certains lieux ont cette capacit\u00e9 rare \u00e0 marier l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 et la modernit\u00e9 sans jamais trahir leur identit\u00e9. Le Bistrot Basque<\/u><\/a><\/strong>, \u00e0 Caen, en est l\u2019un des exemples les plus aboutis. \u00c9tablissement reconnu pour sa cuisine g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse et inspir\u00e9e du Sud-Ouest, il soigne tout autant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience visuelle et sensorielle de ses convives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Une verri\u00e8re int\u00e9rieure comme \u00e9crin de confidentialit\u00e9<\/h2><\/span>

Pens\u00e9e pour s\u00e9parer et privatiser une partie de la salle<\/strong>, cette verri\u00e8re n\u2019est pas un simple \u00e9l\u00e9ment fonctionnel. Elle structure l\u2019espace avec \u00e9l\u00e9gance, tout en conservant la fluidit\u00e9 visuelle du lieu. Le m\u00e9tal noir mat contraste avec la chaleur du bois et les lumi\u00e8res ambiantes,<\/strong> cr\u00e9ant un d\u00e9cor \u00e0 la fois intimiste et contemporain.<\/p>\n

Mon travail a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re cette nouvelle configuration<\/strong> : montrer comment la verri\u00e8re red\u00e9finit les perspectives, apporte une nouvelle dynamique \u00e0 la salle, et offre un cocon \u00e9l\u00e9gant pour des repas plus confidentiels. J\u2019ai altern\u00e9 plans larges pour l\u2019harmonie d\u2019ensemble, et d\u00e9tails soign\u00e9s sur les textures, les reflets, les lignes graphiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

Un lieu gastronomique \u00e0 l’identit\u00e9 forte<\/h2><\/span>

Le Bistrot Basque ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 son d\u00e9cor. C\u2019est avant tout un lieu o\u00f9 l\u2019on vient bien manger, avec une carte qui fait honneur aux produits du Sud-Ouest, aux viandes d\u2019exception,<\/strong> et aux plats qui sentent bon la convivialit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 travers ce reportage, j\u2019ai \u00e9galement capt\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e2me du lieu<\/strong> : la chaleur du service, la beaut\u00e9 des assiettes, l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re anim\u00e9e qui se d\u00e9gage naturellement entre les tables, qu\u2019elles soient en salle ouverte ou derri\u00e8re la verri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<\/div>
