J\u2019ai r\u00e9cemment eu le plaisir de r\u00e9aliser un reportage photo immobilier<\/u><\/a> de la Villa Georgette, une superbe maison de vacances situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Merville-Franceville, sur la c\u00f4te normande. Un lieu pens\u00e9 pour le confort, la convivialit\u00e9 et le l\u00e2cher-prise \u2014 et une mission photo qui n\u00e9cessitait \u00e0 la fois pr\u00e9cision, lumi\u00e8re naturelle ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, et un regard attentif aux d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Deux maisons, une seule promesse : se sentir chez soi \u00e0 la mer<\/h2>\n

La Villa Georgette se compose de deux espaces distincts : une maison principale avec 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain, et une maison d\u2019amis ind\u00e9pendante qui offre 2 chambres suppl\u00e9mentaires et sa propre salle de bain. L\u2019ensemble peut accueillir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 12 personnes, id\u00e9al pour deux familles souhaitant partager leurs vacances tout en gardant leur intimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

En tant que photographe, ce genre d\u2019agencement m\u2019oblige \u00e0 penser en s\u00e9quences : il faut que chaque espace soit mis en valeur pour ce qu\u2019il apporte \u2014 calme, espace, confort \u2014 tout en racontant une histoire fluide \u00e0 travers les images.<\/p>\n

Un ext\u00e9rieur pens\u00e9 pour profiter, quelle que soit la saison<\/h2>\n

Le jardin paysag\u00e9 de 600 m\u00b2, la terrasse plein sud \u00e0 l\u2019abri du vent, le salon de jardin pour les repas \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, et surtout le rooftop avec vue panoramique sur la station : autant d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments qui donnent du caract\u00e8re \u00e0 la villa\u2026 et autant de d\u00e9fis techniques \u00e0 photographier. Il faut jouer avec la lumi\u00e8re, \u00e9viter les contre-jours, faire ressortir l\u2019espace sans le d\u00e9naturer.<\/p><\/p>\n<\/div>

Une mission : valoriser sans tricher<\/h2>\n

Mon approche reste la m\u00eame : mettre en valeur sans artifices. Pas de retouches excessives, pas d\u2019objets d\u00e9plac\u00e9s juste pour la photo. Je cherche \u00e0 restituer fid\u00e8lement ce que les futurs locataires ou acheteurs vivront en arrivant sur place. Parce qu\u2019une bonne photo, c\u2019est celle qui donne envie de r\u00e9server\u2026 et qui tient sa promesse \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>
