J\u2019ai r\u00e9cemment eu l\u2019occasion de r\u00e9aliser un reportage photo<\/a> pour VINCI Construction sur le site d\u2019Orano \u00e0 Cherbourg\u2622\ufe0f\u2622\ufe0f\u2622\ufe0f, un lieu \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 o\u00f9 se d\u00e9ploient des projets d\u2019envergure.<\/p>\n

Au c\u0153ur de ces chantiers, j\u2019ai eu la chance de rencontrer et de mettre en lumi\u00e8re L\u00e9a, jeune technicienne en travaux publics.<\/p>\n

Derri\u00e8re le casque et le gilet fluorescent, il y a une personne passionn\u00e9e, investie, qui contribue chaque jour \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite collective.<\/p>\n

Photographier L\u00e9a, c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019occasion de rappeler que les grands projets reposent avant tout sur des femmes et des hommes de terrain.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Dans un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi particuli\u00e8rement tendu, les entreprises rivalisent souvent sur la question du salaire. Mais il ne faut pas oublier un \u00e9l\u00e9ment tout aussi essentiel : la reconnaissance.<\/p>\n

Montrer ses collaborateurs, les valoriser, mettre un visage sur les comp\u00e9tences\u2026 c\u2019est travailler sa marque employeur. Et aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est devenu incontournable.<\/p>\n

Un reportage photo de ce type, c\u2019est un double b\u00e9n\u00e9fice :<\/p>\n

Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette mission, j\u2019ai adopt\u00e9, comme \u00e0 mon habitude, la technique qui consiste \u00e0 faire parler un maximum mon sujet sur son travail mais \u00e9galement sur sa vision de son travail.<\/p>\n

Le but n’est pas de me faire oublier c’est compliqu\u00e9 quand on passe un apr\u00e8s midi en t\u00eate \u00e0 t\u00eate, mais de mettre suffisamment la personne en confiance pour qu’elle soit \u00e0 l’aise et qu’elle ne se concentre pas sur le photographe.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, je d\u00e9veloppe une approche photographique orient\u00e9e vers la mise en valeur des entreprises et surtout des \u00e9quipes de production. <\/span><\/p>\n
